All the greens are here! We have harvested 150lbs of greens in the last 2 weeks. There is mustards, arugula, lettuce mixes and more. All of these photos were taken by lovely Sandrine one of the Garden Goddesses.
It is amazing the difference in one week.
The garden is looking good. Summer has arrived.

The farm has so much going on. Its a great place to just observe the nature. The wild geese are in their migration. Some have stopped for a longer stay and had babies. Mean while there is a very large crow who thinks he owns the pond and is entitled to feast on the babies and the eggs that have not yet hatched. Even the chickens are being picked on. I think we should vote him off the farm.
Lots of little babies. Two cows gave birth, the baby chicks are nice and warm in there coop and blue robins eggs keep showing up in the green house.
The days have been dry but not for long. We have been building lots of great infrastructure. A stone wall around the tree and then we planted calendula there. We set up the tent and wash station for the veggies. Planting tons of sunflowers. Watering the green house cucumber and starts. Christian is helping plant the tomatoes.
First signs of harvest this week. Mesculn Mix, Radishes,Red Russian Kale. Yum Yum

This week has been lots of rain. We are trying to get in all the beds when ever the rain stops or the sun comes out to dry the field. The cabbage, kale, beets and all the other veggies are loving this. We planted all 25 beds and I went to Pennsylvania last week and picked up our first batch of tomatoes. I can't get them into the ground until the soil warms up. The garlic is so happy.
The cat named "Trouble" sits by while we plant the herbs.
we planted the start of our herb bed yesterday and I build a small wall around the maple tree that sits in the garden. Things are changing slowly every day. Soon there will be lots of lush veggies. Can't wait.
